The coast needs a tourism plan to develop the rich cultural, natural, and archeological resources of the country from small scale to larger scale resorts to create a wide variety of jobs in; hotels, restaurants, tours, entertainment, real estate, airlines, food, and related services. The proposed solution is to develop a national tourism plan that is designed to be inclusive of the local culture.
